Step 1: Estimate
My first goal is to understand your needs. I'll ask you lots of questions about your project objectives and I will explain my services. Then I will prepare an estimate for the services I am offering to you, the number of hours I think the work will take, and the cost for those services.

Step 2: Planning & Design
The key to keeping home improvements cost effective is to invest time up front in the planning process. This includes a detailed budget which I can prepare for you. The next step is the creation of design concepts that fit the targeted budget. I will communicate my concepts to you in the form of mockups, 3D renderings, floor plans and elevations, as well as by taking you to showrooms to touch and feel materials and fixtures. For remodels, you will have a complete set of plans that are ready for permitting and implementation. For decorative projects, you will have a complete shopping list of products and materials, ready to be purchased.

Step 3: Implementation
Now that you have a clear design plan, I can also help you with placing product orders and inspecting the purchases. I can check-in regularly with the contractor and crew to ensure their questions are answered during the implementation phase.

Together, we can then step back and admire the finished results!
